Message Format: HTML and Rich Text, both using Word 2003 as the editor.
When some of my DAMO users send mail the recipient gets a memo with strange characters. The saved sent mail shows none of these characters, it appears normal.
Examples
"...response for what it is worth! I am tempted..." becomes "...reponse for what it is worth!á I am tempted..." The extra space between the exclamation mark and the letter "I" renders into "á".
"Circa £60k CLM & £160k OAKE (XYZ..." becomes "Circa ú60k CLM & ú160k OAKEá (XYZ..." In this case the the pound sterling symbol is rendered as "ú" and again the extra space becomes a "á".
The issue is seen on all clients: Notes, DAMO, other mail clients.
