Is anyone changing/modifying those script libraries?
As far as I understand, you get that error when dependencies changes, or sometimes when the signature for a class changes (e.g you add/remove properties or public declarations).
I have also seen it myself when I use the same variable names in different script libraries, and when I nest script libraries into other script libraries.
If this happens all the time for you, I would suggest that you clean up the script libraries. Try to write them so they don't have too many and complex dependancies (try to make them all stand-alone, or just using one global/standard script library). Also look at variable names and function names in your script library.
This happened to me when I let the script library grow too large and complex. This is probably a great time for you to refactor the script libraries, perhaps even rewriting them as classes/objects, if they are not already that. I would actually hightly recommend that, from a future maintenance aspect.
