General 7.0.2 Windows 2000

We have developed the complaint case system which involved 3-4 databases running on R7.0.3 Domino Server. The notes clients version is R7.0.2.

After the system launch, the user somestimes encountered the crash in the Notes Client, we still can't find out the root cause to the problem.

In general, the routine tasks of the users are to input some data in a different notes documents in the complaint case databases. (The notes form is quite complicated which consist of computed lookup field with hide-when control....etc)

After inputting the data, the users may open the Microsoft Word, Excel to do antoher stuffs (The notes document is kept in edit mode in Notes Client).

When the users try to work on Lotus Notes again, the Notes Client may be crashed with "Red Window" immediately.

The NSD recorded the fatal thread as shown below. Any help would be highly appreciated. Thanks.
