It's neat but has it's quirks. Having to install files is a pain in a locked down enviroment. Using the supplied code to allow you to store the widgets and dashboards and then run them then from an action in your own DB is neat. The drill down charts are very nice and the Analyser function is good. We paid about 5k for a set of 5 Viewer & Analyser and 5 Author & Analyser which is a bit rich. It builds the charts on live data from views so the larger the view with many docs the slower it is. A view with about 50,000 docs could take 5 minutes or more to display as a chart. Small views of less than 5,000 docs are very fast. Having all the view columns with the data you want to graph/pivot on helps tremendously but also means possible mods to your views. You can choose by field name but it slows things down a lot. Support is good but language barrier a bit of a pain. Presumably you've had a play with it to see what it can do so start of with a half dozen licences to start with and take from there.
