The schedule agent was sending mails properly but for last 3 weeks the agent in executing without any error but the users are not getting any mails.
There is no design change on this schedule agent.
This is a LS agent and running every week.
The steps that I followed to resolve:
- Restart the server.
- Reschedule the agent to other time.
- Change the recipient to hard coded value and send simple mails.
- Add logs on the agent just to check if the agent is running properly.
But if I run the agent manually the users are getting mails.
So what I suspecting is issue with server or configuration. Please help me on resolving this issue.
