I've remote access user's XP, and monitoring server console. I can see when I used the test ID from my XP, the WebQuerySave agent start run and complete shows on the server console.
However using the same test ID from the user's XP, when save and close, there is nothing shows on the server console. There are also not error messages in log. No changes in the form has been saved.
