I currently have a handful of users who cannot access their email via iNotes. When I check the server logs it appears that anytime their account is accessed it throws back the following error message:
HTTP Web Server: Lotus Notes Exception Device Is Busy/In Use
The same error is generated when email is sent to the accounts, only it is formated like this:
Error Delivering To: server/account name Device Is Busy/In Use
Does anyone have any idea how I can repair these accounts versus deleting them and recreating the user in the system.
