I am experiencing and issue where I a, getting the error "Another copy of this document was saved..."
I am working on a local replica of the database at the moment.
In the postSave event for the current document I get the collection of documents beloonging to the same "parent documet" and cycle through the document collection doing some checks and updates as required. During this process I check to see if the document I am working with is the current ui document and update the uidocument rather than the backend document.
If I step through the code (fully) in the debugger the code works perfectly and continues to do so on subsequent saves (without stepping through.
If I dont fully step through with the debugger (ie just skip over) or open without the debugger the code ALWAYS fails.
I have the view.autoupdate proporty set to false.
Because I am working on a local replica I can't use locking.
I have tried making sure that a document is not open in the client whilst editing the form design in designer but this does not seem to make any difference.
Any ideas on what might be causing this? Why does it work with the debugger but not without?
