In one of our client side we are facing a strange problem. All users are using Web mail only. We are using Web Redirect Database to access their mail files. We have created the departmental hierarchy by using the CA process..We are facing problem for two of our users who belongs to the same department. while proving the name for userA and corresponding password, it is being redirected to the mail file of userB and it is giving the error message that "You are not authorised to access the database UserB.nsf". So, I recertified UserA with another certifier and for few days it worked fine. Two days back the same problem again reverted back. Then I deleted both the user accouts and created new accounts and recertified them under different certifiers. After this it was OK. But today I faced a new problem. while opening the mail file of UserB it is redirected to http://servername/mail/.nsf
and it is telling that no page can be displayed. Pl note no nsf file name is mentioned. It appears exactly like this with out a database name and a .nsf extension. I tried to rectify this problem by deleting both users and creating them again and after this I faced the same problem and also UserA getting redirected to UserB's mail file and UserB to a blank .nsf file. now both of them are unable to access their mail.But it is working fine for rest of the users.
What may be the problem?
Pl respond as soon as possible.
