Well if that work?

Programname: Compact
Command: -B-F-D
^^ this will be done on every db. for y can write also specified DB or directorys.
On the right site u can choosen how it will be repeated.

I dont think that will be work:
-c "tell http restart"
U dont can use commands like load or tell or somethink else in that way, secondary is the syntax db/directory and then options.

Well if u need the http task, add it to u notes.ini
with Consolcommand Set conf Servertasks=http, ... u must write all task that currently running in that line.

If u server not running hole time it will be loaded on startup.
And if u wanna restart it i think it will work so:
Program name: Restart Task Http
Command line:
Starttime: 17:30
Repeat: 0
