We have a java agent that takes some XML, runs it through a base64 conversion process, saves the converted file to disk and then gets the file and attaches it to a backend document. The agent is scheduled to run once an hour on the server.
The problem with this is that it requires the agent to have "Run restricted LotusScript/Java agents" rights in the server document. The customer does not want this if they can help it.
Can anyone think of another way to a file from the base64 converter to an attachment on a document without the need of accessing the server file system.
