Thanks for the reply. Appreciate it. However, there is more to it that just simply setting the table to open to "Basics".
1) if it is a new doc; open in Basics tab. That way the originator of the form can fill in the fields, then submit for approval.
2) if it is not a new doc and the user is a member of the assigned approvers; open to Approvals tab (the approvers do not want to have to click on anything---they want to automatically have the form open to the "page" where they just approve or reject. In this case, the page is Approvals tab.
With the original formula I submitted, the tabs worked great in R5. As soon as we switched to R7 it messed up. Now, whenever a user open a new doc, the table opens to Approvals tab.
And unless I don't put in the @SetField("$APPROVER"); they can't click from one tab to another...it's won't let them....
