Thanks for reply. I am working with Perl and using COM.
I couldn't able to get in GMT. Even I have C API, I can try calling C API in Perl using some inline* modules.
In perl to get the PostedDate in GMT
my $item = $notes_document->GetFirstItem("PostedDate");
my $datetime = $item->DateTimeValue;
$posteddate = $datetime->GMTTime;
As per the documentation "When you access a date-time value from an item in a document using the DateTimeValue property in NotesItem, this property gets set according to the time zone stored in the item."
If I use any other method, it depends only my machine locale timezone so If I extracted the same document in 2 different timezones, I will get different results.
It was also written in documentation "When you create a new NotesDateTime object, this property gets set according to the time zone setting of the computer on which the script runs" which I don't want.
It seems I can't use GetFirstItem for Created, LastModified. So I am wondering is there any way to get the value in GMT based on the offset stored in the notes document.[With out depending on our locale machine settings]
Please let me know if you need any more information.
