Hello, We have encountered an issue while recreating a new username. The sent e-mails in cannot be accessed because of this error: You cannot access portions of this document because it is encrypted and was not intended for you, or you don`t have the decription key. If i switch back to the old id file i can access those e-mails but not the new ones. This only happens in the sent folder. Please help.
