Domino Server 7.0 Windows 2003

Hello, I wounder where to change smtp relay
As I understand the default smtp relay is off. No externel clients can send mail via domino 7 if it is not a know user.
Huh?

This is my situation.
The server is located on the same lan as a client
DominoServer at 172.17.104.105 and client at 172.17.104.110

I want the client to be abel to send mail via my domino server at 172.17.104.105 but only the 110 client.
The when I say client it is not a Lotus Notes Client! This is just a normal windowsbox. Can this be done? Where do I start to look to change the settings so that 172.17.104.110 can send mail to my domino server via smtp. I want it to use 172.17.104.105 as a smtp gate. But I do not know where this chang shall take place. I do not want to jepordice my security.
And I do not want the whole net to be abel to send.

Please Advice a Lotus Novis
