I've got to agree here — everything except the "1.001 * 200" example seems to be pointing to a ceiling function (well, except that there's another example that seems to want a float instead of an integer, but still with a ceiling value). If the requirement is for a function with an unpredictable result, the appropriate formula would be something built with @Random; otherwise, the specs need a lot of work.
