Hi All
In a Notes application, few users are loosing changes after closing document which they have been editing, specially after making a lot of changes in the document. I am not able to duplicate the problem, but in general the pattern seems to be
1. User opens the document
2. Starts editing the document
3. After making some changes, clicks 'Save' button or Control-S and saves the changes and keeps editing.
4.Repeats 'Save' or Contol-S a few times
5. Finally, takes 'Save and Close' action and closes the document.
6. Opens the document again and lo and behold all the changes have gone.
The form has 'Save', 'Save & Close', 'Close buttons'.
Wonder, if anyone can help.
