Hi,

We have an Author field named 'strLector', on which we put user names of creators and who updates the document as well. In current scenario, we have a new role added into our application, say S&T_Reader.

We have appended that role to the strLector field by making that strLector field computed and refreshing all documents on a view matching some criteria by an agent running from Notes client with below formula ...

@Command([ToolsRefreshSelectedDocs]);@All

The value of that role S&T_Reader has been successfully added to the strLector field of every document in that view.

We need to open a document from another view and to move back to the view on clicking a button on the form with checking user's role by using below formula ...

@If(@IsMember("[ADMIN]"; @UserRoles); @Command([OpenView];"vis_estado");
@If(@IsMember("[SF&P_Reader]"; @UserRoles); @Command([OpenView];"FRSAll");
@Command([OpenView];"vis_estado")))

Clicking that button redirects browser window to the log-in screen of application.

But this works perfectly on our test server where clicking that button opens the view from which we have opened the document and fails on production, unfortunately.

There is no issue with user's role and appended field value of S&T_Reader role in strLector field, we have checked.

Can you please resolve this issue why does browser redirect application to the log-in screen instead of opening the view.

Thanks a lot in anticipation.

Regards,

Abhishek SenGupta.
