Dear all expert,
We had an document reference system. Where the purpose serve to keep all our document. There is a Prepared by (a Text field zRequestBy, with formula @V3UserName). in the AuthorizedAuthor, AuthorizedReader, Saveoptions and querymodechange are all check on the zRequestBy field.
Now one of our user resigned. All the document is lock with his user. But now we wish to write an agent to set all the zRequestBy field to another user. The problem is, the AuthorizedAuthor, AuthorizedReader, Saveoptions still reading the old zRequestBy value.
Is there any suggestion or advice on how we can do this?
