Hello everybody,
I have an user client in my company with a problem to communicate with a specific domain in external company, the problem is he can't send and receive internet message from this domain.. when I check the mailbox, all message are there in spool with "Pending" status but no more info.
I have checked the internet address from external company with a internet tool and say is "Ok" but when I try send a message manually using "telnet dominoserver 25" I get this
"Attempt to relay mail to xxx@domainx.com.ni rejected for policy reasons. Relays to recipient's domain denied in your configuration."
My last action was add the domainx in "white list" but the problem is message are in my mailbox and never go out.
What kind of policy is affecting my domino server just for this domainx?
