Situation: we sold our company name, ABC Inc, and management wanted our Domino domain name (ABC) changed so it no longer showed. We setup a new Domino server and domain (XYZ) and moved everyone over to the new certifier. Person documents all still include the old domain references as well as the new:
John Doe/XYZ
John Doe
John Doe/ABC
Everything's working fine BUT
Problem: If users reply to an old email or address an email using the old FQDN or change a long standing meeting, or otherwise get an old address for someone in the company (John Doe/ABC@ABC) the message does not deliver. The XYZ server reports "no route found to domain".
Question: how do I modify the new Domino server to recognize email addressed to old domain?
