I'm trying to add a link to the current document in Lotus from an email (exchange) initiated on a querysave event using Lotusscript and appenddoclink. The link shows up in the email message, however, when I click it, it displays the following message......"the document specified by the link cannot be located within the linked-to database". I have added my code below. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

P.S. I've read that for this to work you need to select a default view for the database, which I've already done.

Set AdviseDoc = New NotesDocument(db) 'assign AdviseDoc as the new mail document
AdviseDoc.Form = "Memo"
AdviseDoc.Subject = "Equipment Request: "+RequestNumberString+" for Your Review - Local Manager Notification" 'Subject
Set AdviseRtitem = New NotesRichTextItem( AdviseDoc, "Body" )
Call AdviseRtitem.AddNewLine(1)
richStyle.NotesColor = COLOR_BLACK
richStyle.Bold = False
Call AdviseRtitem.AppendStyle(richStyle)
Call AdviseRtitem.AppendText("Equipment Request Number: ")
richStyle.NotesColor = COLOR_RED
richStyle.Bold = True
Call AdviseRtitem.AppendStyle(richStyle)
Call AdviseRtitem.AppendText(RequestNumberString)
richStyle.NotesColor = COLOR_BLACK
richStyle.Bold = False
Call AdviseRtitem.AppendStyle(richStyle)
Call AdviseRtitem.AppendText(" for "+MCLLI+" has been received in the Equipment Request Database.")
Call AdviseRtitem.AddNewLine(2)
Call AdviseRtitem.AppendText("Nature and Necessity of this Request: " +Source.FieldGetText("Description"))
Call AdviseRtitem.AddNewLine(2)
Call AdviseRtitem.AddNewLine(2)
Call AdviseRtitem.AppendText("Total Cost of Cards Requested: " + Source.FieldGetText("TotalCost_Display"))
Call AdviseRtitem.AddNewLine(2)
richStyle.NotesColor = COLOR_RED
richStyle.Bold = True
Call AdviseRtitem.AppendStyle(richStyle)
richStyle.NotesColor = COLOR_BLACK
richStyle.Bold = False
Call AdviseRtitem.AddNewLine(2)
Call AdviseRtitem.appenddoclink(AdviseDoc, "Click Here!")
Call AdviseRtitem.AppendStyle(richStyle)
Call AdviseDoc.Send(False, MApproverEmail)
