There are a fair number of Notes based CRM (customer relationship manager) and SFA (sales force automation) products on the market. I need to do an evaluation for a client, and I'm looking for recommendations (or warnings) from people who have used them.
I need an application that will be primarily used in the Notes client (although browser access in addition would be nice), can be customized without too much trouble, and would suite a small company selling professional services. Ideally, it would have a reasonably slick UI.
