Sounds like it's working as designed.
See the topics in the Administrator Help - in 8.5 help a specific toipic is entitled: ' Editing and deleting Resource documents '
R&R resources are added in the R&R database, then Adminp populates the NAB from there.
Subsequent changes (renames, deletes, etc) should always be performed from the R&R database - and Adminp will complete.
Final deletion will be listed in the Administration Requests database (admin4.nsf) to be approved.
