EasySync Pro 7.0 Windows XP

The home webpage for EasySync doesn't mention Notes 7. Not that this is a surprise, considering how new R7 is....

Anyway, I decide to call the Lotus Software phone number included on the web page. I noticed that they even have a fancy "Priority code" by the phone number. I think to myself, "Gee, when I worked for Lotus in their call center as the "Notes Specialist", it sure made it easy to find out exactly what a caller was looking at when they had the 'Extension' number," as we called it then.

So I call the number & make sure I have the Priority code handy.
A friendly voice tells me that my call may be monitored/recorded for quality assurance, then I'm transferred to another recorded voice.
This second voice gives me some options.

I select option number "1" for product information.
A very pleasant female voice tells me to go to "www.lotus.com/products".
IBM hangs up on me.

I call back & try pressing "0" to get a real person.
IBM hangs up on me.

I call back & try pressing "2" for technical support (I figure I'll get a real person somehow and ask them to transfer me).
A very pleasant female voice tells me to go to "www.lotus.com/support" - unless I've paid for support then I'm supposed to call a different number. God forbid the computer actually transfer me to the correct people.
IBM hangs up on me.

It has amazed me for years, how IBM screws such very simple stuff up. Absolutely amazing. I honestly think that 25% of the time that I go to the IBM website, I wind up pissed off.

OK, I'm done venting for today. Thank you for your kind attention.
