Hi all,
I'm facing a trouble while archiving some documents and folder (and subfolders) on a Lotus notes client.
When I archive the documents contained in a folder, it doesn't recreate the folder in the Archive database and the mails aren't visible even in the inbox. However I can find them in the All documents folder but when I right-click on the message and select discover folder, I have an error message saying that the mail doesnt belong to any folder.
When I send a test mail and archive it from the inbox, it appears in the Archive inbox, though if I move it to a folder in the Mail database and then archive it, it's going nowhere as explained above.
Please can anyone help me?
