I'll give it a whirl. So weird.. cause I created the document (the one it isn't finding all the tags to replace) and I used tabs instead of tables.. for some of the areas where there were tags.. Now that document is working..
It seems fragile. I guess I won't be able to use it if I can't get consistent working code..
