Duplicate Image using Macintosh

Notes Client 7.0.3 Macintosh
Using Lotus Notes 7.0.3 on Macintosh, I'm having this issue:
Every emails send to the Internet having image pasted in the Rich Text field of a new memo is duplicated when the recipients receive it. The MIME Source contains two Image link... I was able to duplicate this issue on another macintosh as well. So it looks like this is a bug in that release.
Can you help?
