SSO b/w WebSphere Portal Server & IBM Lotus Notes using open Standard Framework like JAAS?

Hi Guys,
Just wanted to know if it's possible to establish WebSphere Portal Server & IBM Lotus Notes using standard framework like JAAS ( Java Authentication & Authorization Service). if yes, then please share some implementation guideslines and if not, then is there any other framework/method to achieve the same?
Note: I am able to achieve the SSO b/w IBM WebSphere Portal Server & IBM Lotus Notes but since my client doesn't have a DNS Server, so the SSO is not working at client side. All the application are accessed by IP Address at clietn side not by FQDN. So, I need to figure out some other alternative to achieve the SSO.
