We have an Notes system running a Windows 2000 box. After upgrading to Lotus Domino 7.0.4. I am unable to get Lotus Domino Server to run as a windows service - it get stuck in a 'starting' state. It does however run in Application mode. But in this mode I seem unable to connect to it using the Notes Administrator - keep getting 'Unable to find path to Server'. Will 'Application' mode be of no use to me or should, once started, it be the same as if it were running as a 'service' ?
