Date & time problem in agent

In client application there is one agent, according to this agent code mail send to customer after 24 hours for take action in document, this agent was working fine some time ago but suddenly customer saying that he is not getting email.
I have also checked the view log of agent and found that agent has run.
When i checked the code at my end then found that might be problem is date problem, I have used this code

Msgbox("Yes")''some mailing code but for testing i have used msgbox for "yes" and "No"
This code is not working at my end but when i change the value of "current" from Now to hard coded value ex "22-02-2013 15:50:34" then its working fine.
But strange is that customer says that it was working fine some time ago in production.
Please suggest what is the reason and what can I do..
