Hello everybody,
some users made me aware of a special problem:
We employ 2 clustered servers for mailing. The mailserver setting in the person documents of the users vary (some server1, other server2). For DWA all users access Server1.
The problem occurs when a 'Server2'-User sends an email and he himself is (also) contained in one of the adressing fields. Then the sent mail is deleted from the user's mail database. The setting to save every sent mail is surely set. The problem does not exist if the users works with his Notesclient and the same server constellation.
For illustration a bit more detailed.
1. A server2-User sends an mail in DWA on server1. He himself is contained in 'sendto', 'copyTo' or 'blindcopyTo'. The sent-message appears in DWA-Sent-View
2. Mail is delivered to server2/User-Mail-DB.
3. Cluster-Replicator replicates User-Mail-DB.
4. Sent mail vanishes from DWA-Sent-View and is completely deleted from User-Mail-DB.
The problem does not occur when the same procedure is replayed from within DWA on the Mailserver of the User (in the illustrated case Server2)
Does anybody know this error and a suitable solution? I hope the case and my english is understandable....
