We've patched our servers and software as recommended by vendors. All calendars information is correct internally. When sending invitations externally, the external invitees are reporting the invitation is for 1 hour before the actual meeting time. Most, if not all, of the reports are coming from external invitees NOT using Notes. What could we have missed that would cause this? Could our firewall be altering the invitation as it leaves our system? Or is it possible that there are really that many unpatched systems out there...including Hotmail (I sent an invitation to my Hotmail account and the ics info displays the start time as one hour earlier than I scheduled from my Notes client)? Any help would be appreciated.
