I have prepared a nice, precompiled Applescript app including a even nicer app-icon.

It will launch Safari with the given Notes-Link, if you select it as your Default Internet Browser in Notes.
As Mike suggested in a recent post

Database 'Notes/Domino 6 Forum', View '(NotesThreads)', Document 'Workaround from Lotus Support'
