Dear All,
We have recently upgraded our mail servers from Lotus 6.5.3 to Lotus 7.0.2
and upgraded also Blackberry Server 4.1.4 to 4.1.6
Subsequent to this upgrade, we have noticed a peculiar occurrence with regards to our Blackberry Server. Each time a Blackberry user responds to an email with an attachment, the respective attachment happens to get automatically deleted. This has been observed whenever the email, alongwith the attachment, is being replied. (Blackberry Handle to Client Desktop)
We are at a loss to explain the root cause of this issue, far less find a panacea to this problem.
