The first thing you need to do is upgrade your Domino server from 6.5.1. You are running a version that is alreday 9 years old, and many thousands of problems have been fixed since then. If you google the beginning of the error string )"Unexpected TCP/IP error func: 0006h error Notes") you will find that the hits are all 8 to 10 years old, so that is a very good indication that this problem has already been addressed with a fix by IBM. You should at least upgrade to 6.5.5, and preferably a much newer version.
