in admin4.nsf there are several "Rename Person in Domino Directory" requests that have not processed (no green check mark in view) yet the remaining sub processes get created and are processed. This goes against the way it's supposed to work. If the rename request has not yet processed, how is it that the remaining sub processes are getting created.
According to admin help, once a successful rename request occurs (user accepts rename into their ID upon server authentication) the ProxyDbList gets populated with a file name, typically that of the Domino Directory. On my pending requests this field still sits at a value of "None" telling me that the rename request has yet to process. Until this occurs, I should not see any of the other requests getting created.
