Thanks for you reply Scott. Sounds pretty nutty, trying to run with a task Id when you should be specifying a server. This can best be described as a desperate attempt to get something to work. I've tried everything.
If you can cross certify your Server, Group, or id you should have no problem. Problem is, the group that host the server will not allow me to cross certify. The real craziness kicks in when I realize I have my code on a 7.0 Notes server and the second database I am trying to run an agent on is running Lotus Notes 8.5. Confused? Well, don’t give it much thought.
By the way, I got it to work by making a copy of an old agent that runs and replacing the code with my new code. I’ll be upgrading the 7.0 server to 8.5. Will it continue to work? Probably not.
