I've copied the live version to sandpit, and the live form works. I think from here I will try adding new fields and functionality to the live copy until either it fully mimics the desired functionality of the sandpit form, or it breaks again. This is the point at which I realise the purpose of a day book for development work, and why I should really start keeping one...
