I'm creating an application that will allow users to set up requests for work in advance. On the request form, I've created a save button with the following code:
tempSubject:=@If(@IsNewDoc;"New AP2 load request. ";"Amended AP2 load request. ");
@MailSend(@GetProfileField("DbProfile";"ProfileEffector");"";"";tempSubject + "Click on the link to see the request:";"";"";[IncludeDoclink]);
It all works swimmingly, except that the doclink does not get generated. I've looked through the help file and double-checked that there is a default view (there is one). I've looked through this forum and seen that while a lot of other people have had problems with this, they've tended either not to have a default view in the first place, or be working with an unsaved document.
I tried using Lotus script equivalents, but it crashed out on the line to put the document into read mode.
