Hi All,
We found that there are so many undesired email-aliases in my domino server which have not been explicitly defined in the "internet address" field.For example, My email account with internet address as peter.yeung@hkb.com will by default recieve email from peter.yeung@hkb.com (my defined email address), yeung.peter@hkb.hk (lastname+firstname@domain.com) and PYeung@hkb.com (shortname@domain.com). If i change the address lookup method under Configuration->Router/SMTP->Basic in the domino server from "Fullname then local part" to "Fullname". The outcome is undesired and my defined internet address "peter.yeung@hkb.com" will be no longer available. We just want to have one specific email address for every user and the email address should be the internet address we assigned. Is it possible to do that in the domino server? Thanks in advance!
