I'm having the following issue when I try to re-certify or rename a user, I am sure it is elsewhere as well.
"Could not open the Administration Request database on the registration server: Server error: This database cannot be read due to an invalid on disk structure"
The database and server run on a standard windows xp machine, non raid.
