I am receiving mails from another domain in our company. The problem is that I am not supposed to receive them and I don't know how the servers decide that I am the receiver.
All of this is happening in a pure Notes environment. The users send a mail to a group that is defined in their domain, which only contains people of that domain.
Oddly, the server sends this mail to the mail gateway of my domain, which tries to resolve an unexisting group and ends up sending the mail to another group (I'm not the only one receiving the mail) that has no relationship at all: not the same name, not even a part and it doesn't contain anything that might explain the relationship.
When I open the mail, I see the original groups and I have to way to tell what our mail gateway tried to guess.
The mail routing happens between three adjacent domains. User is in domain User, which is adjacent do domain Hub, which is adjacent to domain Mine. So the group is defined in domain User, but not in Domain Hub nor Mine. When landing in Mine, the message is routed to the group containing my name.
