Cathy Spyrie 27.Apr.06 01:49 PM a Web browser Domino Designer 6.0.2 CF2 Windows XP
Hi, folks. I used this script (written in 4.6 - now on 6.0.2 CF2) and tested it on an old database, through current version, on a local database residing on my hard drive. The script worked. I got a newletter with links in my Outlook mailbox. So far, so good. Now, I have copied this same formula to an action button in current Designer version, and the database is on a test/development server. I get the error "Special database object cannot be located". I read all the postings and workarounds in the forum but still cannot get it corrected. Can anyone suggest what I am doing wrong?
Here is the code:
Dim originalDoc As NotesDocument
Set db = session.CurrentDatabase
SearchFormula = |(Form = "PolicyRequest" & CompName = "CompName1")|
Dim dateTime As New NotesDateTime("12/01/94")
Set collection = db.Search(SearchFormula, dateTime, 0)
Set newsletter = New NotesNewsLetter(collection)
newsletter.DoScore = True
newsletter.DoSubject = True
newsletter.SubjectItemName = "How to Title"
Set doc = newsletter.FormatMsgWithDoclinks(db)
doc.Subject = "New Documents in the Database"
doc.Form = "Memo"
