First of all please forgive my ignorance, since I'm a Notes Administrator, doubling as an amateur developer.
I was tasked with creating a database for our project management. I've created the database, but have run across an odd happening. I have 5 radio buttons that are all independent of each other. If you click on one, and then click on another, it doesn't remove the selection from the first, since they are independent of each other. That said, I still wanted to find a way to "unselect" the first, when one of the others was selected. I've accomplished this by using the UI class, in the exiting event of all the radio button fields. Basically, I'm setting the field to null, when the other radio button is selected. Here's my problem. Within my views, I have a view selection forumla, based on the form that I want shown, in that view. When these exiting events run on the fields, in the form, there is no longer a FORM property. It adds quite a few $ fields. This causes the form to no longer appear in the views. I've looked everywhere, on this forum, and in other developer forums, for the answer, and I can't find it. Does anyone have any idea why this would be happening? I'd appreciate any input. Thanks!
