We have a Domino server setup to use directory assistance. This is working fine except for one issue. When RnRMgr collects free time information for users it seems like it can't find users who are listed in the secondary address book. All of our rooms and resources and the majority of our users are in the primary NAB and it finds all of those fine and populates clubusy.nsf with the appropriate free time data. But when RnRMgr gets to mail database for people who are listed in the secondary NAB it throws the following error...
RnRMgr: Error processing calendar profile document (NoteID: NTXXXXXXXX) in database mail\xxx.nsf: Cannot find user in Domino Directory
People listed in that secondary directory can authenticate, send mail, receive mail, etc... so directory assistance seems to be working fine.
Completely stumped here so any advice you can provide would be greatly appreciated.
