Notes Client 7.0.2 All Platforms

Dear All,

I am having a problem with one of my users...
She was on the same domain as me but recently moved to another domain.
She uses lotus 7 and her server is a domino 8.5.3

The problem that she is having is that when she tries to send me a mail (I'm using a lotus client 8.5.2 on a domino 8.5.3 server) I get it in plain text format. The same problem arises when she or other users from her domain try to send a mail to people in the same domain as me.

In her location document, "Format for messages addressed to internet addresses" is set to MIME.
I checked her File, Preferences, Mail, Internet and Internet mail format is set to Html and plain text.
I tried switching to Html only but it did not solve the problem.

When she sends mails to external addresses (yahoo, gmail and hotmail), they are correctly displayed.

When I send her a mail and she replies to my mail, the reply displays correctly at my end.

Also, if she sends a mail to an external address(e.g. yahoo) and puts me in the cc field, she will get a pop up asking her to choose the format before sending.
If she chooses "html only" or "html and plain text", both the external address and myself receive the mail with correct formatting.

I have analysed the emails that are received as plain text and those that are received as html in her sent items. I noticed that some fields, e.g. MIME_Version, are missing from the mails I received as plain text.

I am under the impression that the mails that she is sending me are being sent as plain text or Notes Rich Text even though it should be MIME.
And maybe somewhere her lotus is incorrectly seeing me as a member of the same domain as her.

Any advice or suggestions would be welcome...
