Problem: mails archived from a mailfile are not in the correspomding folder in the archive but only viewable in All Documents.
Cause: This problem is caused by the folder date. The folder date in the archive is newer than in the mail box.
Solution:
Single solution:
Rename the folder and archive a mail out of it. Rename it back afterwards.
General solution:
Open the mailfile with the Notes designer.
Choose View / Go To / Folders.
Mark all user folder (with Ctrl + A) but do not check the folders below Group calendar. (You cand easily find it by the arrow on the left site).
So don't check the system folder Inbox, Outbox, Trash...
When you have marked all folders of the user right click, choose design properties. Unmark "Prohibit design refresh or replace to modify".
Wait a sec until it is proceeded, then mark it again.
-> You have changed the date on every folder.
Now you can archive again with the option archive now. This will take a bit, but afterwards all missing folders and mails will appear in the archive.
I did not find this solution here; only making a new archive seemed to be the solution for this before, so I've put it here.
