Hi. I know this one has probably been addressed in some way but here is my problem:

I have a db that requires totals to be displayed at all levels of categorisation within all views. The levels are as follows:

Sector
Industry
Customer
Project
Project
Project
... etc

The columns include Sales YTD, GP YTD, GP/Sales %. Here's some example data:

Sales YTD GP YTD GP/Sales %
Sector 312 194 ***62%
IndustryA 200 123 ***62%
IndustryB 112 71 ***63%
CustomerB1 65 44 ***68%
CustomerB2 47 27 ***57%
ProjectB21 10 7 70%
ProjectB22 12 5 41.7%
ProjectB23 25 15 60%

*** denotes values not appearing in view.

The sector, industry and customer fields all exist on the project document. All 3 columns listed are on the project document. Documents exist at the sector, industry and customer level (sector, industry and customer forms!). Each of these forms has it's own accumalated values of the 3 columns listed. The project form documents are not responses to any of the other 3 documents.

My question is (and problem!) I can get the view columns to show Sales YTD and GP Ytd at all levels of categorisation (as in the example above) but I can only can't get the GP/Sales % to show at the project document level (as this is the form I have used in the view selection formula). Any ideas on how this can be achieved? Any help as ever would be gratefully received.

Thanks.
