Here is the problem I am facing.
User A sends email to user B with return receipt option
User A receives email saying : Your document "blabla" was received by user C at xx/xx/xxxx
User C never receives this email nor opened the mail from user B's mailbox
Here are more informations:
User C has "Full Access Administrator" rights on the server where user B mail file resides
User B has OutOfOffice agent enabled.
User B did not access his mail file the day the return receipt was sent by user C supposedly.
Database activity of user B mail file shows a 5 minutes session activity of user C on user B mailfile at the exact time receipt was sent to user A.
It's absolutely confirmed user C could not access user C mail file this day.
In Designer, user B mail file shows all agents But OutOfOffice as being created by user C
